1. Identification of the promotion organizer

This promotion is offered by Albergue de Luna S.A., corporate ID (cédula jurídica) 3-101-180181, owner and operator of Luna Lodge Eco Lodge & Wellness Resort, with address in Carate, Osa Peninsula, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. For the purposes of this document, it shall be referred to as "Luna Lodge" or "the company".

2. Promotion validity period

This promotion is valid from July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, or until available spots are sold out, whichever occurs first. Luna Lodge reserves the right to end the promotion before the stated date if the bungalow availability assigned to this offer is exhausted, which will be communicated in good faith to those who have already started a reservation.

3. Package description

The promotional package includes, per the number of people booked:

• Round-trip flights from San José to Puerto Jiménez.
• Round-trip ground transfers between Puerto Jiménez and the hotel.
• 3 nights of bungalow accommodation, subject to availability.
• 3 meals daily during the stay.
• A welcome cocktail.
• One yoga class.
• All applicable statutory taxes on the package.

The photographs used in the promotional material are illustrative of the Luna Lodge experience and may not correspond exactly to the specific bungalow or facility assigned to each guest.

4. Exclusions

The promotion price does not include:

• Alcoholic beverages beyond those specified in the package.
• Optional tours, activities or spa treatments not expressly listed as included (for example: lagoon kayaking, Reiki sessions, Sound Healing, massages or other experiences shown as a reference of what Luna Lodge offers, unless booked and paid for separately).
• Personal expenses, gratuities and additional transportation beyond what is described in section 3.
• Travel or cancellation insurance, unless purchased separately.

5. Price, currency and payment

Promotion prices are expressed in Costa Rican colones (₡) and include the statutory taxes in force as of the publication date. Luna Lodge reserves the right to adjust prices for future reservations in the event of changes to the applicable tax burden, without affecting reservations already confirmed and paid.

The reservation is confirmed by paying the first night of accommodation (an amount that varies according to the number of people in the reservation), through the payment methods indicated by Luna Lodge when coordinating the reservation via WhatsApp. The remaining balance must be settled as agreed with the company before check-in or during the stay.

6. Eligibility and restrictions

• Promotion valid only for Costa Rican nationals and foreign nationals with permanent residency status in Costa Rica, upon presentation of a valid national ID card (cédula) or permanent residency card (DIMEX) at the time of check-in.
• Applies to new reservations made during the validity period; not valid on existing reservations.
• Not combinable with other current Luna Lodge promotions, discounts or preferential rates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable to third parties, except as indicated in section 7.
• Subject to bungalow and spot availability at the time of booking.

7. Reservations, changes and cancellations

Reservations are handled exclusively through Luna Lodge's official WhatsApp (+1 888 760 0760). Once the reservation is confirmed by paying the deposit, the following conditions apply:

• To reserve: payment of the first night of accommodation is required, which is non-refundable.
• Date changes: may be requested up to 15 days before the reservation date, subject to availability.
• Cancellation by the guest: the first night paid is non-refundable, but its amount may be applied as a deposit to reschedule the reservation to another date within this promotion's validity period.
• Cancellation by Luna Lodge: should the company be unable to honor the confirmed reservation for reasons attributable to it, the guest will be offered a full refund of what was paid or an equivalent alternate date, at the guest's choice.

8. Force majeure and acts of God

Luna Lodge will not be liable for failures arising from acts of God or force majeure, including —without limitation— weather events, closures of access roads to the Osa Peninsula, governmental measures, or any circumstance beyond the company's reasonable control. In such cases, a reasonable alternative solution will be sought for the guest (rescheduling or a credit note), in accordance with contractual good faith.

9. Personal data protection

By contacting Luna Lodge via WhatsApp to inquire about or book this promotion, the interested party provides personal data (name, phone number, and any other data they voluntarily share) that will be processed in accordance with Law No. 8968, the Law on the Protection of the Individual with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data, and its Regulation. This data is used solely to:

• Manage the guest's inquiry or reservation.
• Communicate relevant information about their stay.
• Internal measurement of this promotion's effectiveness (for example, how many people contact us via WhatsApp), without sharing personally identifiable data with third parties for that purpose.

The guest may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of their personal data by writing to reservations@lunalodge.com or via WhatsApp at +1 888 760 0760. Luna Lodge does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the guest relationship.

10. Changes to these terms

Luna Lodge may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time for operational or legal reasons. Changes will apply to reservations made after their publication; reservations already confirmed will remain under the conditions in force at the time they were booked.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, in particular Law No. 7472, the Law on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Defense, and its Regulation (Executive Decree No. 37899-MEIC). Any dispute arising from this promotion may be brought before the National Consumer Commission (Comisión Nacional del Consumidor) of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC), without prejudice to the consumer's right to resort to the ordinary courts of the Republic.
